Live-out nanny in Madrid
Professional care from Monday to Friday, full-time or part-time, without the nanny living in your home.

What is a live-out nanny?
A live-out nanny works in your home on a fixed schedule, full-time or part-time, and returns to her own home afterwards. It is a popular choice for families wanting stable, professional care while keeping their privacy in the evenings and at night.
Our live-out nannies are trained in early childhood education, child psychology or paediatric care, and many speak English or French.
When a live-out nanny is a good fit
- Parents working a regular daytime schedule.
- Families with babies who do not yet attend nursery.
- Children needing school drop-offs and pick-ups and afternoon care.
- Families who prefer not to have someone living in their home.
Part-time nanny
If you only need help for part of the day, such as mornings with a baby or afternoons after school, a part-time live-out nanny offers the same selection, contract and follow-up as a full-time nanny. The minimum salary is proportional to working hours: around €610 gross per month for 20 hours per week in 2026.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a live-in and a live-out nanny?
A live-in nanny lives in the family home; a live-out nanny works a fixed schedule and returns to her own home afterwards. A live-out nanny is usually a better fit for regular daytime schedules, and a live-in nanny for long or unpredictable schedules. See our live-in nanny service.
Can she take the children to school and pick them up?
Yes. This is one of the most common tasks for a live-out nanny, along with snacks, homework, baths and afternoon activities.
How much does a part-time live-out nanny cost?
The minimum wage is proportional to working hours: for 20 hours per week it is around €610 gross per month in 2026. The final salary depends on the schedule and agreed tasks.
Who registers the nanny with Social Security?
The family, as the employer, from the first day of work. We guide you through the process so that everything is in order.
What happens if the nanny is not a good fit for our family?
We offer a replacement guarantee, with conditions agreed individually with each family, and follow up after the nanny joins.
