Live-in nanny in Madrid
A carefully selected professional who lives in your home and supports your children in their everyday lives.

What is a live-in nanny?
A live-in nanny lives in the family home and looks after the children during the week, usually from Monday to Saturday. It is the most comprehensive option for families with demanding schedules: she is there for morning routines, meals, bath time and bedtime, becoming a stable presence for the children.
At Nanny en Casa, we select live-in nannies trained in early childhood education, child psychology or paediatric care, as well as English- or French-speaking professionals if you want your children to grow up with another language.

How much does a live-in nanny cost in Madrid?
A live-in nanny's salary in Madrid ranges from the statutory minimum wage (€1,221 gross per month in 14 payments in 2026) to around €1,500 net per month. It depends on the schedule, the number and ages of the children, languages, experience and any household tasks.
In addition to the salary, the family pays Social Security contributions as the employer. Families may apply contribution reductions: 20% for common contingencies and 80% for unemployment and FOGASA.
Our fees are agreed individually according to the type of search. We explain them without obligation during our first conversation.
